The Cassiers' hired studio H + H architects to transform every space throughout their newly purchased homes. When I say transform I mean totally transform. The formal living room became the dining room, the office became the closet, the stairs were revised to take in the closet downstairs, the outdated dining room became the bar area, etc.. Not one part of this home was left untouched.

Cassier Exterior
Wanting to modernize the exterior to match the newly renovated interior the brick was given a whitewash and the soffit and fascia painted black. The large soffits at the entry area and garage were replaced with tongue and groove pine stained a beautiful honey color. An outdoor kitchen was built that overlooks the beautifully renovated pool and backyard landscaping.
