Prior to purchasing the home the Lyons met with studio H + H architects to see what could be done to make it fit their style. The house was dated but had good bones and we knew that we could turn it into a dream house for their family. Flooring, lighting, walls, cabinets etc.. were all demolished and replaced with finishes with clean lines. A great home for a great family!

Lyons Exterior
Wanting to work with the existing white brick we removed all the exterior siding and replaced it with IPE wood. The game room windows were removed and replaced with larger new windows. The front door and garage door were replaced with new modern doors. The IPE was oiled and the fascia, columns and beams were painted a grey color. The landscaping was cleaned up and now this late 70s modern looks brand new. Congratulations to the Lyons family!
