Brashear Game Room Addition

Wanting a game room for their growing children, the Brashear family hired studio H + H architects to design a space that was large but comfortable.  It was also very important to the Owner that the new addition not look like an addition.  (They wanted it to look like it was built with the original house.) 

 

This project was extremely fun, but at the same time challenging.   We needed to remove the roof from the four car tandem garage and get the new structure dried in as soon as possible.  The game room was tied into the second floor of the house and is seperated by a new sliding barn door.  We thank the Brashears for the opportunity!
